The surgery is open from 08:00 to 18:00 for telephone calls. When the surgery is closed there will be an answering machine to tell you the number of our emergency service (see When We Are Closed section for more details).
Public holiday closures vary and will be posted well in advance.
Between 18:00 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and 18:00 Friday to 08:00 Monday, the surgery is closed. In order to obtain urgent medical advice at these times, please call 111.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
